30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and promotional items (if applicable).

Please contact our customer support before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

Refused Delivery

If a package is refused by the customer, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:

  • Return shipping costs, customs charges, and carrier handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the package cannot be returned because it is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs, no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, additional shipping or return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.

Kindly note we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we are unable to verify the shipping address or contact the customer using the information provided.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
